But I don’t know if this is right.

Unable to send email using Plone 4 on Windows 10

I have a Plone 4.3 installation on Windows 10. The email configuration has been working fine for the previous several weeks. Now when I try to send an email I get the following error:
Unable to send message – No messages to send!

I’ve tried to remove the message from the trash folder, but every time I send another message I get the same error.
I’ve tried disabling my antivirus and also installing the latest version of Mimecast’s email, but still get the same error.
The other users are able to send email, but when I access the Plone web interface I can see the messages in the mailbox, the trash folder, etc.
I don’t see any existing problem in the logs.
What can I do to fix this error?

It looks like this was a problem with an antivirus setting in Windows 10.
