A new fantasy action role-playing game for smartphone was announced by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. on September 8.

The new fantasy action RPG is set in the Lands Between, where the power of the Elden Ring, a magic armory that can be upgraded and customized by the player’s character, is inherited.
The player takes on the role of a new character in the Lands Between, a large land divided into a series of floating islands that are connected by a series of bridges and dungeons. Along with his companions, the player explores a vast world, fights against monsters, and challenges enemies to gain levels.
On a floating island named the Stepstone, the protagonist is transported into the same world as Haji, who lived a few hundred years prior. He learns that the lands beyond the floating islands are ruled by the demon race, and that the demons’ attacks are growing stronger with each passing day. He also finds Haji’s tomb.
Participating in the game, the protagonist can “connect to” Haji’s tomb. By doing so, he can learn about the history of the land, meet with other players, and defeat the Demon King. The details will be announced in future.
The protagonist and his companions can enter the world along with the player’s own character, and while sharing the same stats, they can develop their own strengths. Since the players’ characters advance differently, the players may benefit from leveling each other.
Besides challenging enemies and finding chests, the players can challenge other players. The combat is streamlined for smartphone play, and players can freely move around the battlefield. They can also use weapons such as swords, spears, bows, and shields.
They can also use magic with the creation of runes and turrets. They can add the power of magic runes to basic weapons or combine magic runes to create new weapons. Each time they use these, they may damage the opponent, and items such as potions can be used to strengthen their offensive power and recover HP.

By earning rewards, players can exchange them for a variety of items through the crafting system.
You can also earn various kinds of rewards by participating in various kinds of events or challenges.
Each map has a map key, and various map elements can be obtained depending on the map key. The map key opens the gate of a rich map, and different rooms will appear depending on the map key.
If you enter a map or create a new map, you can roam around at will and choose what area to enter.

I don’t think this is very characteristic of an Elden Ring game, It is more like an expansion made for an existing Elder Scrolls game by Bethesda. There are many pieces of elden ring that make the game that much better, but the core of the game is the same, a linear MMORPG that usually lacks personality and a deep storyline.
well, it’s like part 1 of a 4 part story, but a pretty decent one. it’s good that game play is completely different from everything that has come before.
it’s more open world than arena/fantasy, and lets players do things like fall off of cliffs and “slay” bugs without any penalty.
the world and zones are pretty open (well, what there is of them) so there isn’t the danger of having to explore every little detail. you can wander a bit and if you choose to you can do missions and side quests.
it’s pretty open, which may not be so appealing to some, but has been a welcome change.
it’s pretty hard to master, but not too hard. it’s not so hard that you get frustrated with the game, but challenging enough that you can see what you’re doing wrong.
the framerate is solid on my machine, and can load fast.
while the game has a little hard-core to it, it’s not so hard that you die in the first 5 minutes of playing it. the starting area is quite nice and gives you a little time to meet and obtain equipment, but there is much more to explore. there are many other areas, of varying difficulty, and quests to pick up in other areas, that add to the longevity of the game.
now that i think about it, this isn’t really an action RPG at all. it’s a sort of action MMORPG, though with RPG elements. you can play the game in several ways. there is a more story-based path, a dungeons-and-saves-your-life path (sort of like an arena path), and a bot path. botting lets you use really powerful and tactical commands to control your character without
