GuideGuide is a graphic plugin designed to add a panel with columns, rows and midpoints in various advanced graphic editors, including Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch. Since this is a plugin, it goes without saying that users need the standalone applications installed on the PC. The installation is typical for any plugin setup.
The idea behind the plugin is to guide the user in creating a clean layout based on midpoints, columns or rows. According to the developer, these helpers are customizable and provide guides based on the current specifications and properties of artboard, canvas or single selections. Once the plugin detects the properties of the object, it provides suggestions on the edges and midpoints that users can easily mark according to their preferences. Generate midpoints on any path that you select. Start a new point along any edge, or combine two existing points.

Generate columns on any path that you select. Start a new column, column on an existing column, and resize a column.

Generate rows on any path that you select. Start a new row, row on an existing row and resize a row.

Installation

Guide comes in the form of a standalone app, which can be installed in any convenient place on a user’s system.

Option 1: Install Guide in Photoshop or Xd directly from your computer

1. Get the Guide guide from the link below. You may need to click on the download button a couple of times.

2. Run the guide plugin as Administrator and click install.

Option 2: Install Guide in Photoshop or XD directly from your computer and save as a script

1. Get the Guide plugin from the link below. You may need to click on the download button a couple of times.

3. In the menu bar, click View > Scripts > Save script as.

4. In the scripting folder, rename the file as GUIDE_v.x.x.x.x

5. Go back to the scripting folder. In the scripts tab, double click on the GUIDE_v.x.x.x.x file to import the script.

6. In Photoshop or XD, click File > Scripts > Cracked GuideGuide With Keygen.

7. Click Install and wait until the installed Script is refreshed.

Snapping Guide allows you to snap a layer to an existing layer or edge, and change the amount of proximity to provide more control over snaps.
Snapping Guides can be enabled/disabled per layer (with a snapping guide enabled, a snap will happen for a layer when the mouse cursor is above the snapping guide or the layer) or globally (all layers get snapping).
