About Remothered: Tormented Fathers
Remothered: Tormented Fathers is an all new, story-driven first-person narrative game, set in 1980’s Romania. With the realization that consistently suppressing eosinophil numbers could reduce allergic responses in the airways, we have focused our efforts on identifying the priming stimulus for human eosinophil homing to the small intestine (SI). During the past year, we completed a phase I clinical trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of histamine-receptor depletors. These are new drugs developed to eliminate the majority of human mast cells from the body and to reverse the effect of priming histamine actions. The majority of individuals enrolled tolerated the drugs well and had no adverse reactions. In addition, we have demonstrated that histamine-dependent priming of intestinal eosinophils is a specific effect by using selectively depleting histamine-receptor antagonists in an H3 cell line model. In an extension of these experiments, we have determined that SI eosinophils are histamine-receptor specific. This result coupled with recent data suggesting a role for novel eosinophil survival molecules during gut homing indicate that eosinophils rely specifically on histamine for priming molecules during the process of homing to the SI. “Where are you going?” said a voice. It came as something of a surprise
to Kilorn because he was normally quiet and solitary. He turned slowly, and saw
the yellow eyes, the same eyes he’d seen around the inn so many times. It wasn’t the
Dreadlord; it was Aina the girl that came to warn him.
“The Dreadlords are nearby,” she said, “They’re going to kill the
miners and the slaves after they finish exterminating the townsfolk.”
Kilorn looked over towards the slave fortress. “You think you’re well
enough to get to the mines safely?”

For the first time, developers Jonathan Blow and Dave Gilbert co-operate on a video game. This is an unprecedented feat, as both are notable for their style and eccentricities, and their ability to match each other is one of the fascinating elements. Don’t expect a conventional story. The story will be revealed as you play.
Gun Monkey puts you in a scene where a goofy alien invader and his rogue, gun-toting monkey sidekick are attempting to crash-land in our world. You have to stop them from destroying the cities in their path. You have a variety of guns at your disposal, including spiked batons, explosive rocket launchers, and strange, eldritch alien weaponry. Much of the game is entirely dependent on chance. You will have to shoot your way through the streets, dodging bullets, busting through doors, and even some enemies with just a swing of your fist.
This was my first game with Braid as the director. I thought it was interesting to make
